Prior to her current role, Ms. Staggs honed her skills at a powerful international defense firm with over 900 attorneys worldwide. In this capacity, she successfully defended employers of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to beloved small businesses. Drawing from her extensive background, Ms. Staggs now utilizes her insider knowledge and strategic prowess to champion the rights of employees facing unjust treatment in the workplace.
Specializing in labor and employment law, Ms. Staggs brings a wealth of experience in litigating matters from inception to trial, as well as mediating, arbitrating, and negotiating resolutions. Her passion for defending people stems from witnessing the injustices often faced by hardworking individuals striving to make a living.

Ms. Staggs’ academic achievements earned her two undergraduate degree including a title of magna cum laude from the prestigious UC Berkeley. Subsequently, she completed her law degree through the accelerated and competitive two-year SCALE program at Southwestern Law School. A true Angeleno, Ms. Staggs is born and bred in Los Angeles County, where she remains deeply connected to the community she serves.
